  There are a few golden nuggets here that were very useful to me to improve immediately. I took this because I'm a student teacher in a kindergarten class and try to be less boring. I'm coming from teaching older kids and it's a huge transition in how I have to present myself.   Well, I did what the speaker suggest about finding the most important topic for the students that really valuable for them in the next decade. The result was fantastic that my students understood and had goals to achieve. As for example, one of my students at grade 12 realised after following my class that she could do better in speaking English as long as she had created the environment whereas English is third-language in my country. Therefore, this student insisted me whenever she met me, she forced herself to speak in English. You know, the result for today, she obtained band 7 in IELTS in her first attempt. I could not believe until now.
